Host of the Sinica Podcast Kaiser Kuo, will deliver a talk at UNC, engaging students and faculty in a critical discussion on U.S.-China cooperation in addressing global challenges, with a particular focus on the Russo-Ukrainian war.
As tensions between Beijing and Washington continue to shape global diplomacy, this talk will explore whether and how the two major powers can find common ground on Ukraine. Kaiser Kuo will provide insights from both American and Chinese perspectives, shedding light on the complexities of the so-called ‘No Limits’ partnership between China and Russia and assessing potential areas for engagement between the U.S. and China.
